Custom Candidate Statuses

Customize candidate statuses and action labels in our system to fit your recruitment process. Custom statuses you set here will be applied throughout the application, emails, and reports. - Statuses should be 10 characters or less.

Please note:

You can set values for only those statuses that you want to customize and leave the others blank.
Setting custom statuses only changes the labels - the number of statuses in our system and their order remains unaffected.
Customizing statuses will not change the stage of the hiring workflow candidates are in.

Applying using Job Boards

Should applicants be able to apply using their Indeed or LinkedIn account?

Yes

When this is turned off, candidates can’t apply with their accounts but will be able to complete your pre-screen questions, job applications, and EEO. If this is turned on, while candidates can apply with their job board accounts, they cannot complete the pre-screen questions, job applications, and EEO sections. They will get an email to complete this after they applied.

Should applicants be able to upload an optional cover letter during the application process?
